Hey guys, I will post this as Jenna did not know how, just to give you a bit of background, she has been in the cam industry for about 12 years and thought this would be an important article to write.

Hi everyone, I've been a cam model in the adult industry for 12 years and I wanted to share my thoughts on the importance of mental health for those of us who work in this field.

Working in the adult industry can be a rollercoaster of emotions. On one hand, it can be empowering and fulfilling, allowing us to express ourselves creatively and connect with others and of course, get to know our own body, o the other hand, the constant pressure to perform, maintain a certain image, and the fear of judgment from society can take a toll on our mental health.

From my own experience, the fast-paced and highly competitive nature of the industry can lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem, I have been depressed several times and had my highs and lows. The constant need to keep up with the demands of the users and perform can also lead to burnout and a sense of disconnection from our own bodies and desires.

That's why it's so important for us cam models to prioritize our mental health and well-being. This means taking care of ourselves, setting boundaries, and seeking support when we need it, I have been to a shrink for 5 years and it helped me allot. Whether you do it through therapy, talking to friends and family, or participating in self-care activities like yoga or meditation, is your own choice.

It's also important to acknowledge the stigma and discrimination that still exists within society towards those of us in the adult industry. This can be isolating and damaging to our mental health, but it's important to remember that we are not alone and that there is a supportive community of individuals who understand and accept us for who we are.

Another thing that I want to point out, you DO NOT have to have mandatory surgery to become successful, you can be yourself and it will be enough, it's more about your mindset when you come on camera and attitude, basically being happy, will make people want to be apart of that.

Each of us has our own unique challenges and pressures, but it's crucial that we prioritize our mental health and well-being. By taking care of ourselves both physically and mentally, setting boundaries, and seeking support, we can not only survive but be a top model in this industry.
