PodOut uses a simple flat-commission model where the creator sets the price and PodOut keeps a fixed share of each sale.

Revenue Splits:

• 80% Payout: Creators keep 80% of every sale. PodOut’s commission is 20% of the sale price (e.g. sell a Pod for $10 and you receive $8).

Withdrawal Logistics & Fees:

• Payment Minimum: You must accumulate at least $100 USD before a payout is issued. If your balance is below $100 it rolls over to the following month.
• Payment Frequency: Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer at the start of the following month.
• Currencies: Payouts are made in USD or Euros, depending on your receiving account.

PodOut is a general-purpose content platform with strict rules about what may be uploaded.

• No Adult Content: The Terms of Service explicitly prohibit adult content, nudity and pornography, so PodOut cannot be used for explicit material.
• Prohibited Content: Anything unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar or obscene is not allowed, and content that harms minors is strictly forbidden.
• Ownership & Consent: You must own all rights to what you upload and have obtained any necessary consents before publishing.
• No Impersonation: Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation is not permitted.
